December 2022- May 2023

Think of your favorite game; the one you play with your friends, a date, co-workers and family. Got it?? Now, imagine it with technology infused…with lots of animations and sound effect! Fun! Right?!

Over the course of 5 months, I met with over 70+ participants and conducted 8 rounds of research study to uncover participants preferences and pain points of an interactive tech game experience. The study evaluated the experience from check-in through the end of the game.

Research Objectives:

1. Understand the target audience's expectations, preferences, and pain points.

2. Evaluate the usability and intuitiveness of the game flow.

3. Identify potential areas of improvement to enhance the user experience.

Methodology:

For this confidential project, I selected moderated usability tests to gain comprehensive insights into user behavior and preferences.
